This policy explains how cookies and similar technologies are used on this website (bnatural.nyc), operated by B Natural, Inc. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. "Local storage" is a related technology that keeps small amounts of data in your browser. Both let a site remember information between page loads or visits.

What this site uses

We keep this to a minimum. B Natural does not use advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies, and we do not profile visitors.

• Cookie notice (local storage). When you dismiss the cookie banner, we store a single flag in your browser's local storage (bn_cookie_ok) so the banner doesn't reappear on every page. It holds no personal information and is never sent to us.
• Admin session cookie. A session cookie (PHPSESSID) is set only for staff who sign in to the private site-administration area. It is strictly necessary for logging in and is not used anywhere on the public site.

Third-party cookies

Some features load content from other companies, which may set their own cookies when you interact with them. These are governed by those companies' own policies:

• Booking form (Gigwell). The booking page embeds Gigwell's form, which may set cookies needed to operate it. See Gigwell's privacy policy.
• Video (YouTube). Artist pages embed YouTube videos. YouTube may set cookies when a page containing a video loads, and further cookies when you play one, under Google's cookie policy.
• Fonts (Google Fonts). The site loads its typeface from Google's servers. This sets no cookies, but Google receives the request (including your IP address) to serve the font.

Managing cookies

Because the site sets no tracking cookies, there is nothing of ours to opt out of. You can still control cookies and local storage through your browser: most browsers let you block or delete them in their settings, and you can clear this site's local-storage flag at any time. Blocking third-party cookies may stop the embedded booking form or videos from working correctly.

Changes to this policy

If the site's use of cookies changes (for example, if we add new tools or embeds), we will update this page and the date at the top.
