Last updated: July 9, 2026

B Natural, Inc. ("B Natural", "we", "us") is a booking agency in New York, NY, and operates this website. This policy explains what personal data we collect through the site, why, and the rights you have over it, including the rights granted by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR to visitors in those regions.

Who is responsible for your data

B Natural, Inc. is the data controller for personal data collected through this site. For anything related to your data or this policy, contact chris@bnatural.nyc.

What we collect and why

Booking enquiries. When you submit the booking form, you provide contact and event details (such as your name, email address, organization, venue, dates, and budget). We use this information to respond to your enquiry and negotiate and administer bookings. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), and our legitimate interest in running our business (Art. 6(1)(f)). The form is operated by our processor Gigwell (see below).

Email. If you email us, we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to handle the matter. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Technical logs. Our hosting provider automatically logs IP addresses, request URLs, timestamps, and browser information for security and operations. Legal basis: legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and available (Art. 6(1)(f)). Logs are kept for a short rolling period.

We do not run advertising, analytics, or tracking scripts, we do not profile visitors, and we never sell personal data.

Cookies and local storage

This site sets no tracking cookies. We use your browser's local storage for one thing: remembering that you dismissed the cookie notice. Third-party content described below may set its own cookies when you interact with it. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Third parties we rely on

These providers process data on our behalf or receive it when your browser loads their content:

Links to Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn on this site are plain links; those platforms only receive data if you click through and are subject to their own policies.

International transfers

We are based in the United States, so data collected through the site is processed in the USA. Where GDPR applies, transfers rely on safeguards such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, as applicable to each provider.

How long we keep data

Booking enquiries and related correspondence are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting engagement, plus the period required for legal, accounting, and tax purposes. Technical logs are retained briefly and rotated automatically. We delete or anonymize data when it is no longer needed.

Your rights

Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies to you, you have the right to:

To exercise any of these rights, email chris@bnatural.nyc. We respond within one month as GDPR requires. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Children

This site is aimed at event professionals and music fans, not children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If our data practices change (for example, if we add new tools or providers to the site), we will update this policy and the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be flagged on this page.
